Our client has developed an innovative IoT-based industrial equipment system that measures and controls data transmission and monitors machine status.
The system solves future challenges in water, building, and energy management.
ABOUT PROJECT
This application almost concentrates on simulating data via charts to deliver users a perspective of the larger picture in devices’ data transmission procedure based on data collected from industrial machines.
The system also allows customers to control devices and keep track of their performance to make timely and accurate decisions for maintenance purposes and manage the device’s status. In addition, this application is also integrated with tracking devices’ location and status, scheduling future improvements to match the best products.
If any device has an unusual sign, the system will automatically announce it to the customers. Customers will hold all permissions to decide whether to terminate or restore the device. For customers’ convenience, this system is designed to work on multiple platforms - mostly on the web, tablet, and mobile.
CLIENT’s initiative
The system allows users to manage and collect device parameters with different roles including super admin, admin organization, admin group, and user. Each role can interact with the system and other roles.
The super admin has the ability to manage all functions, including device creation and managing other accounts.
The design team's first phase focuses on UI/UX development, including a dark-mode version. All roles follow the same UX steps to ensure consistency and ease of use.
OUR SOLUTION
NNG proactively formed a strategic team to plan all possible solutions internally, then consulted the most appropriate solution to the client: using Hybrid technology with an Ionic framework.
We have been providing top & practical project management tools with best practices (Jira, Trello, Google Workspace) to stay updated and connected with NNG’s internal team, which makes the work run smoothly and go along with the client.
