Our client operates a chain of restaurants that specialize in Japanese cuisine. Their goal is to provide customers with a unique takeaway experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the entire process, from preparation to dining.

ABOUT PROJECT

This project is an F&B online solution developed on multiple platforms and operating systems spanning web responsive to mobile applications.

The main purpose of the buying and selling system is to provide a seamless experience for customers. The end user can purchase food via an e-commerce website. At the same time, sellers can use a point-of-sale (POS) system to remotely place orders by communicating with customers through social media. There are no limitations on where orders can be placed.

Once the orders are collected, relevant employees allocate them to the appropriate branch, check inventory, process the food, and finally, the shippers use delivery apps to deliver the food to customers. Throughout this process, customers can track the progress of their orders.


CLIENT’s INITIATIVE

In the first phase, the customer is looking for a comprehensive system that can handle various aspects such as sales, online menus, order management, and a dashboard. Additionally, they require inventory and product management, and permission control is also essential, along with other configuration options. Finally, web order functionality is a crucial aspect that must be included.

During the second phase, two modules will be introduced: BOM, which stands for Bill of Material, and UOM, which stands for Unit of Measure. These modules play a crucial role in ensuring the inventory management process is completed efficiently. With their implementation, goods will be monitored more closely from the purchasing phase all the way to the processing stage, and ultimately when they are sold in the market.
