The client is a well-known Swiss underwear manufacturer. Throughout the years, the client has risen as one of the tops in the field of underwear manufacture. The client has many branches in different countries, and Vietnam is one of them.
ABOUT PROJECT
The Android application for the client is a mobile catalog that displays all information about their underwear collections, products, and accessories available for customers to discover.
The application aims to help customers in Vietnam have easier access to the client's catalog rather than seeing it at the store by themselves. With this application, customers can access and look at new collections that might catch their attention anywhere they wish. On the other hand, the clients can update their catalog to their will with information updated almost immediately. This process helps reduce the time cost for updating information and reaching the customer in an acceptable period.
The application allows users to pick a store location to choose from, and information can be varied from store to store. From that, customers can see whether any collections interest them in each area to acknowledge and decide which store they can purchase the products from.
Without the application, changing information, updating, and allowing customers to access the catalog will take a lot more time. It can potentially reduce the number of interested customers since it takes too much time for customers. It could delay or annoy them about the unnecessary waiting time or, even worse, being unable to acknowledge a collection not being available as soon as possible.
CLIENT’s INITIATIVE
Understanding the development of technology and showing great concern for the customers, the client decided to inquire about a potential solution for a mobile catalog that customers can access anywhere and at any time. It would be a massive step for customers since now they can discover and view the collections at their own pace, without having to go to the store, and can reduce their time of deciding since they could have already been made before they even come to the store.
This application can save time and a lot of effort while still displaying the most exciting information and images that can catch the customers' attention, thus increasing the possibility of customers coming and buying a product at the store. The appealing photos attached to the catalog can serve as an excellent means for customers to feel interested and pleased to buy the products even more.
